Based in Portola Hills, California, OCLNC is owned and operated by Sharone Perlman, B.A., R.N., a licensed Registered Nurse in the state of California who actively works in the acute hospital setting.

Her experience ranges from Emergency department to Cardiac care (telemetry) and includes Progressive Care Unit (PCU), Definitive Observation Unit (DOU), and Medical/Surgical areas. She is one of the few nurses to hold PCCN (Progressive Care Certified Nurse) certification. Sharone earned a Bachelor's in Psychology, which is particularly useful when interviewing and working with clients. She also utilizes healthcare information for the purpose of understanding standard of care issues, injury analysis and medical management issues.

As such, Nurse Perlman is able to provide useful information through a variety of reports (detailed chronology, narrative summary, analysis reports) and supportive lists and tables. Additionally she is able to support the litigation process by offering literature research and synopsis, deposition analysis, and expert witness opinion review.
